    Pros +

    • 1. Cleanliness was excellent. I surprised the cleaner by coming into my room while she was working and could see that she was doing a full cleaning, not just tidying up!2. Rooftop bath facilities were excellent with everything you need to go empty handed. Bonus were the microwave and laundry machines.3. Location is close to transport links and famous shopping area.4. Unexpected surprises: air filter in the room, very deep bathtub, very good quality bathroom amenities, quiet even though my room faced the main road.

    Cons -

    • No windows
    • There was only on queen bed for three people - we used the sofa as a bed for our growing 12 year old. Other than that it was fine
    • As mentioned the size of the room was amazing, and there was a small hall leading to the bathroom and then to the room - it was hard lino/tile and this made the floor extremely cold! We think it was because the front door of the room has a gap underneath it which let's cold air in. Once we worked this out, we placed a spare towel down to block the gap and it made the world of difference keeping the floors warmer with the heater from the room. Perhaps the hotel should provide draft stoppers or install rubber along the bottom of the door to stop the gap letting cold air seep through. Otherwise completely happy!

This hotel was fantastic!!! Our room was so big, it felt so luxurious after staying in tiny hotel rooms in Tokyo and Kyoto. We loved that the toilet was separate from the shower/bath and also the size of the shower bath area was huge. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like babies! The location was excellent, literally five steps away from Exit 28 of Osaka Namba Station subway. (Side note: there aren't any escalators when exiting the subway at Exit 28 when you arrive and you know Japan loves stairs, so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs but honestly the exit has quite short flights of stairs to lug the suitcase up from the station level so quite manageable for us). So nice to have a coin laundry and microwaves for communal use, and also the bath spa on the top level of the hotel. A great place to stay and we'd absolutely recommend it.

The entry to the rail station was right next to the hotel so it was easy to access. We were also able to walk to Dotombori and other eating places.

The room keys for the hotel did not work very well. I had to get them to redo my room key everyday.

The room was good nothing bad but also nothing fantastic which was what we looking for. The best thing about this place for me was the location and value for money. If I have to stay around Namba area, this place will be the selection. The staffs were also nice, helpful and able to communicate in English.

    Nothing bad in particular.

The location is great. Lobby is quiet, front desk is helpful (receiving my 6 big luggages from Yamato and safe keep my luggages after I checkout when my flight is late at night), room is clean and big (come with sofa n coffee table)

The hotel room is ‘old’ (70s/80s look). And no window ?

Very handy, all that is needed. Very very nice personnel !

You should be aware it’s at one of the busiest crossings in Osaka. Even with the windows closed the traffic noise is real.

Good location - walking distance to Namba Station and local shops. The room was exceptionally large. Really enjoyed the public bath as well.

The location is ok. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The room size is big. Great value for the money.

The light seems too dark for us.

Room is super spacious. Location is super strategic too! Suitable for family stay.

Location is close to all attractions. Only 10 min easy walk to Osaka City Air Terminal bus stop

The room is large but dated. Our room is in a separate part of hotel, only one room per floor. It has a large noisy exhaust in the ceiling above the bed. The noise is like inside the plane when flying.

    10MercedesPosted on: 2-2-2024

Easy to find, near everything, clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back!

    9DavidPosted on: 2-1-2024

Good location - a short walk to main shopping streets in Namba and a subway entrance just outside the door allowing access to many stations via underground for easy travel to site seeing locations. Good sized rooms and an unexpected spa on the roof was nice in the evenings.

No real storage, so largely live out of the suitcases, but the rooms are large to allow these to be mostly out of the way.A bit of road noise from outside, even though the windows have 3 layers of glass.

Fantastic location to the subway and all the other different train lines. Very clean and the room was very spacious. Staff were also very helpful.

We didn’t have any windows in the room so couldn’t tell if it was night or day, but that was the only thing i disliked about the room.

    8AntheaPosted on: 1-18-2024

Location was great. Room was spacious and clean.

We had a room with no window, no natural light. We enjoyed the space and the bed was very comfy, it's a bit weird to not have any natural light at all.

they are old school hotel. their bathroom is massive for the room that i stayed in (32m2), and I love their outdoor onsen in the 6th floor. they are located pretty closed to the tourist places.

the annex rooms has no view at all and can be dark. the instructions getting to the hotel is not clear (with Google maps). u hv to exit 28 and carry up/down yr luggages up/down the stairs. if u want to use the lift, then it would be the building across the street. don't expect too much from this hotel from the price point. they isn't any clocks in the room that I stayed in and no usb charging points. bring yr adapters

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. Great access for Namba Station and Namba/Dotonbori area. The onsen bath on the roof was very relaxing.

Compared to the lobby the room felt quite dated. The lighting in the room was not good at all, only ceiling lights and not lamps and the ceiling lights were very bright which does not help to create a good ambience for going to sleep/waking up - it was either super bright or complete darkness in the room all day round as there are no windows.

    Location convient and room spacies

Services poor, staff Ms Yamada rejected me when i ask for extra 1 bottle mineral water as my mum need to take medicine unwell. Night staff lady very rude as well. Terrible experience!!!

    Location. Rooftop onsen.

Small singles bed when it was advertised as a wide super single. Ended up having to squeeze.
